(24News) The second round of negotiations between the government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) took place and a joint declaration was issued.
According to the joint statement of PTI’s negotiations with the government, the second meeting of the government alliance and PTI alliance committee was held today, PTI committee chief Umar Ayub and other members presented their point of view in detail.
According to the declaration, the PTI committee demanded the release of the leaders and workers including the founder PTI, the PTI committee demanded that the government not be hindered in obtaining guarantees, the PTI committee on 9 May and 26 November. The PTI committee informed that we should be given an opportunity to meet the founder PTI to present the charter of demand in writing.
According to the statement, the PTI committee said that it is necessary to take instructions from the founder PTI to continue the negotiations in a positive manner. The Charter of Demand will be presented in written form in the next meeting after consultation with the TI
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar also said on the occasion that there is a need to advance the negotiations to present the Charter of Demand so that the issues can be resolved in a better way.
