The Jump Party 24′ has served as the stage to deliver the surprise of the year. There will be a remake of One Piece. Wit Studio, a renowned Japanese studio that was initially in charge of Shingeki no Kyojin and today in charge of Spy x Family, will be responsible for this new version in collaboration with Netflix.
The announcement comes on the occasion of the celebrations for the 25th anniversary of anime. A promotional image was published on social networksin addition to revealing that this new version will cover the East Blue Saga.
This remake will be named ‘The One Piece‘. Netflix seems to have been very happy with Luffy’s adventures after the success of the live action adaptation. As will happen with the new version, the first season covered the story of the beloved pirate as he meets the future members of his crew: Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Usopp y Sanji.
