Netflix is launching a new capability that will enter the service interface on TV screens and allows series and movies to be removed from the “Continue Watching” list with the click of a button.
With the new feature, even Netflix subscribers on the TV screen will be able to manage their “Continue Watching” line and keep track of the series and movies they want to continue watching. You can easily remove the unwanted titles and also cancel the removal if necessary by pressing the “Back Arrow” button.
Christine Doig-Cardt, Netflix Product Innovation Manager, explained: “Whether you delete a new offer you do not like, an old program that you watched too many times – you can delete these recommendations. This new button allows you to keep the ‘Continue watching’ line at all times. Fresh and full of shows and movies you can’t wait to watch. “
Currently, this option is available to subscribers watching Netflix on mobile, tablet and computer and there has been considerable use with 20% of subscribers deleting at least one title from their watch list each month.
