The popular initiative “Living better in retirement (initiative for a 13th AVS pension)” was accepted by 78.44% by Neuchâtel residents (50,724 “yes” against 13,942 “no”).
The population of Neuchâtel said 81.50% “no” (11,849 “yes” against 52,216 “no”) to the popular initiative “For secure and sustainable old age provision (initiative on annuities)”.
The participation rate in the canton of Neuchâtel for this federal vote amounts to 57.01%.
