The Minister of the Armed Forces, Sébastien Lecornu, presents to Parisien-Aujourd’hui en France the content of the military programming law (LPM) for 2024-2030. He recalls that the budget of the armies will have more than doubled between 2017 and 2030 and specifies the timetable for the construction of the future aircraft carrier which will replace the Charles-de-Gaulle. Sébastien Lecornu also announces the forthcoming delivery to Ukraine of a ground-to-air defense system capable of protecting an agglomeration the size of kyiv.
