„Krone“:Monika Martin, you talk about difficult times during the recording of your new CD.
Monika Martin: Correct. I started this CD two years ago. First, the arranger, who had already created 11 titles, had to put the entire production on hold due to illness. Then I found a producer in Munich who suddenly died during the recording. I was desperate because I was at the record company’s word with this production. Matze Roska, Andreas Gabalier’s producer, found out about this need and spontaneously promised me the production on the phone. I cried out of joy over this friendship service. And it was precisely at this time that my mother became seriously ill.
