Alstom Spain has announced a new edition, the eleventh, of the “Alstom Talent Energy” program for university students and recent graduates. This training lasts between six and twelve months and offers postgraduate scholarships and paid internships at the company’s centers in Madrid and Barcelona.

The new edition of the “Alstom Talent Energy” program starts with eighteen places aimed at students in the final year of their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and recent graduates. The objective is to train and promote young talent in the railway sector. To date, more than three hundred young graduates have participated in this initiative and have had the opportunity to continue their personal and professional development in the company promoting this project.
In this edition, eighteen are offered for graduates or final year students in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Digital Transformation, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration and Management, among other areas of specialization. As for the practices, they will be carried out in the industrial center of Santa Perpetua, in Barcelona, the global railway signaling and safety center in Madrid and also in different digital services and maintenance units.
Participants will combine in a single program, postgraduate training and a stage of paid and supervised internships. In addition, they will take their own degree “Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation” from the University of Alcalá. All those selected receive a scholarship from Alstom Spain to pursue this learning, while in parallel they carry out professional work in different national or international sustainable mobility projects.
