Casio has launched a new version of the “G-shock” watch with exclusive features, distinctive colors and a design inspired by the bright orange NASA astronaut suits worn when boarding or entering space.
The new watch emulates some of the features of the space suits, which were evident in the black dial of the watch, which represents the black mask on the astronauts’ helmets, while the thin blue line on the watch matches the blue touches on the space suit.
The “G-shock” also bears the American flag at its tip and engravings of the astronauts on the back of the watch.
