The board of directors of Africa Israel Residential Company approved the appointment of Ronit Ashad Levy as CEO of Africa Urban Renewal Company from Africa Israel Residential Company.
Ronit Ashad Levy, who holds a bachelor’s degree (LLB) in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, comes to her position as CEO of Africa Urban Renewal Company after about 6 years in the “Yitzchaki Investments” group, where she served as VP of Business Development and CEO of “Yitzchaki Investments” urban renewal”. As part of her duties, she established the urban renewal arm of the “Yitzchaki Investments” group, handled financing agreements and banking support, diverse real estate transactions, and managed planning and licensing procedures to advance claims and issue permits. Before that, she served as a partner and attorney in the real estate department at the firm Wechsler, Bergman & Co.
