The new chairman of the AFFA Refereeing Committee has been determined.

As reported by İdman.biz, Belgian specialist Frank de Bleeckere has been appointed to this position.

At the last meeting of the AFFA Executive Committee, held on July 12, 2024, the issue of the Chairman of the Referee Committee was discussed. Taking into account the rich international experience and professional activities of one of the candidates, Belgian Frank de Bleeckere, a positive conclusion was given on him.

It became necessary to discuss some contractual conditions. Since an agreement was reached on these issues, a three-year contract was signed with the Belgian FIFA referee.

It should be noted that from July 28, Frank de Bleeckere Bleeckere will head the training camp for referees of the Premier League and the First League of Azerbaijan.
