The innovative “eCash” service is available for the first time in Greece by Piraeus Bank, in collaboration with the licensed electronic invoicing provider Primer Software, offering the market an All in One solution for the smooth transition of every business to the mandatory interconnection of cash registers and POS terminals.
With “eTreasury”, Piraeus Bank, firmly oriented to the continuous expansion and upgrading of its services, offers its customers new possibilities, so that they can adapt their activities immediately, simply and safely to the new data and conditions in the market.
The service is the first innovative solution certified by AADE and offers the possibility of upgrading POS terminals to cash registers (All in one) with simultaneous card acceptance, without requiring any other software or additional special equipment.
The new “eCash” service is hosted as an application on Android mobile POS terminals as well as on the SoftPOS application of Euronet Merchant Services (“epay”), offering the business the possibility of issuing receipts directly from its POS, without a tax mechanism.
The advantages of “eTameiki”:
• Compatibility with the specifications for the interconnection of cash registers with POS based on AADE Decision 1155/2023.
• Ability to interface with the market’s ERP for immediate printing of the retail receipt – as well as the invoice – and card acceptance for payment.
• Direct and automatic sending to the company’s accountant, of all receipts as well as the totals for the day in excel format, without the need to collect multiple documents (ZETA).
• Over-depreciation of all MyData costs (provider, software and technical equipment) to 200% for those merchants who choose “eCash” as the exclusive way of issuing their documents.
• Offline operation of “eTameiki” (without internet connection) and possibility to use barcode scanner
• Possibility of subsidizing 100% of the cost of the upgrade (of the eCash application) with a voucher.
• The “eCash” application is installed, with a simple download from the Android Store of the epay POS.
The “eCash” solution, which optionally accompanies the epay POS, is offered exclusively at Piraeus Bank branches.
