Google’s navigation is said to make it easier for users to find the route they want.
Users can now report incidents or situations on the road that cause traffic congestion on the application.
That way, other Google Maps users can find out the traffic conditions on the road they will be passing.
Users simply click on the reporting icon located on the bottom right side, then select the incident or road condition they are viewing. For example, road closures or accidents.
“Maps makes it easy to report incidents and useful information, such as nearby construction, lane closures, objects, and police presence,” said Google in its official blog post, reported on Thursday (1/8).
In addition, Google Maps also added a new navigation feature that can show the entrance and parking location of the user’s destination.
When the destination is near, Google Maps will automatically guide the user to the entrance, in addition, this application can also show the nearest parking location there.
