Deadly shooting at New Hampshire Hospital leaves two dead, including gunman

The state of New Hampshire is reeling from a deadly shooting at a state-run hospital in Concord, New Hampshire on Friday afternoon. Politicians and law enforcement have expressed shock and grief at the tragic events.

U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen and U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas both expressed horror at the shooting and extended their condolences to those impacted by the violence. U.S. Sen. Maggie Hassan also expressed gratitude for law enforcement and offered prayers for the victims and their families.

Unfortunately, a victim of the shooting has died, which has left many devastated. U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster shared her condolences for the victim and their family, while also thanking the police and first responders for their swift actions.

The victim was later identified as Bradley Haas, a 63-year-old security officer at New Hampshire Hospital. Haas, a law enforcement veteran and former chief of the Franklin Police Department, was shot in the line of duty while working at the hospital. The Governor, Chris Sununu, extended his condolences to Haas’ family, praising his heroism and decades of public service.
