As reported earlier, by order of President Ilham Aliyev, Javid Teyrun oglu Abdul-Gadirov was appointed head of the Executive Authority of the Oguz region.
Javid Abdul-Gadirov was born in 1984 in Baku.
In 2004, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Finance and Credit of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a bachelor’s degree, and in 2007, he received a master’s degree from the same faculty.
In 2008-2013, he worked as a financial specialist, director of the Project Coordination Bureau of the Program to Combat HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria of the Ministry of Health, and in 2013-2018 – Deputy General Director, General Director of JSC “RLDC” (Republican Medical and Diagnostic Center).
In 2018, he worked as an adviser to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2018-2020 – as the head of the State Service for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation under the ministry, in 2020-2021 – as the chairman of the board of the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation under the ministry. Since 2021 – Deputy Head of the Office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Fluent in English and Russian.
Married, two children.
