The timing is pretty standard: last year, for the iPhone 15, the event was held on September 13; in 2022, for the iPhone 14, on September 7. Always after IFA, the technology fair held annually in Germany at the beginning of September.
According to rumors, The iPhone 16 is expected to be available on September 20.
Among the main expected novelties, the new processor – which this time should involve the entire range and not just the Pro models – and at least 8 GB of RAM for all models: in order to be able to comply with the requirements of Apple Intelligence, that is, the set of features based on Artificial Intelligence presented at the most recent World Wide Developers Conference.
The biggest changes are expected to be reserved for the new iPhones of 2025.
