Some experts had speculated that he had hit the wrong target. Vladimir Putin himself has repeatedly remarked – and not since yesterday – how the conventional arsenal is growing with the introduction of new equipment, such as the Kinzhal, the Zircon tested by a ship in the Atlantic or the Poseidon underwater super drone.
