New Muraba has been announced as one of the 15 upcoming projects that will change the face of the country. The announcement is part of Saudi Vision 2030. The New Muraba project is rising in an area of nineteen square kilometers in the northwest of Riyadh. A completely eco-friendly city. In the center will rise the cube, which will place Riyadh on the global map. The city is envisioned around this building, named The Muqab. Mukab is a 400 meter long, wide and high building constructed using the latest technology. Muqab, the new face of Riyadh, will give you the impression of being in another world. The construction is done entirely with the help of digital and virtual technologies. The city will have one lakh four thousand residences and 9000 hotel rooms. About 10 lakh square meters of commercial space will also be set up. It can be reached within 20 minutes from the airport. The city is unique in that it has everything within a fifteen minute walking distance. Along with nearly 3.5 million jobs, the non-oil GDP is expected to generate 18,000 crore Saudi Riyals per year.
