BOLZANO. The TAR of Bolzano accepted the appeal of the Condotte d’Acqua Spa company and of Inso Sistemi for social infrastructures Spa, both in extraordinary administration, against the decision of the Province to revoke their contract for the construction of the new prison in Bolzano , after the two companies had won the competition.
The Province had excluded the winner of the contract as it would not have respected some tax obligations, but according to the judges of the TAR the reasons given by the Province would not have been sufficient. The contract to Condotte and Inso therefore remains valid.
The Condotte company also presented an appeal against the exclusion from the contract for the construction of the Bolzano library center. The TAR postponed the discussion to 23 February 2022.
