New record in spending: These are the sums the Israelis spent in April

This is a new record in the amount of daily expenses in physical purchases and is 1% higher than the previous record recorded in August 2021 and stood at NIS 538.98 million. The low point in expenditure on physical purchases during the Corona crisis was in April 2020, during which the first closure took place, and the average daily expenditure was only NIS 251.09 million. Total expenditures through physical acquisitions reached NIS 16,302 billion in April, compared with April two years ago, during which expenditures on physical acquisitions amounted to NIS 7.533 billion, a jump of more than 216%.
