Dubai: After a brief hiatus in the UAE, new Kovid standards have been announced. The regulation comes ahead of Christmas and New Year celebrations. With this, only 80% of people can now attend public events. At the same time, the EDE has made scanner testing mandatory for entry into Abu Dhabi from other emirates in the UAE. The Abu Dhabi Disaster Management Committee has announced that free border inspections will be conducted from the 19th of this month.

The green pass and the Kovid negative result within 96 hours should show up on the Alhosen app. No handshakes or hugs. Body temperature will be checked at the entrance. It is also suggested not to gather in groups. Wear a mask and keep a distance of 1.5 meters. But do not distance yourself between family members. The National Disaster Management Committee (NDMC) has said that restrictions on safe celebrations and health care must be observed.

The booster dose was also forced to get rid of the Kovid variants. Kovid vaccine can be given in second doses, and booster doses can be given to those over 18 months of age, the official said.
