In the Black Sea, where tensions have been growing between Moscow and Kiev since the end of the agreement allowing Ukrainian grain exports, the Russian secret services (FSB) indicated on Thursday that they had foiled a Ukrainian “terrorist” attack against a military ship “carrying high-precision missiles”.
