New study reveals that it’s not the number of steps, but especially your walking pace that boosts your health

That walking is good for maintaining your general health and fitness is old news. But did you know that a faster walker gets a lot more benefits from his or her walk than a stroller? Even if you don’t reach the recommended 10,000 steps a day. This is according to a new study published in professional journals JAMA Neurology in JAMA Internal Medicine.
