The Ministry of Health advised to eat a group of diets that contain less than 100 calories, and do not cause an increase in fat and an increase in body weight.
The ministry explained that these meals include 2 cups of strawberries, half an avocado, 3 cups of popcorn, half a cup of oats, and one cup of watermelon.
She added that the meals also include one orange, one cup of berries, one handful of almonds, 20 pistachios, and one egg.
