Today (Wednesday), the Municipality of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region apologized to the general population of the region for the impact of the service during the past days, explaining that it had begun replacing some cleaners instead of the previous workers, in coordination with cleaning companies and other government agencies.
The secretariat explained that it had noticed that the level of service in some of the four operational axes had been affected as a result of the gradual replacement process, as it motivated the cleaning service contractors to undertake their tasks with new workers, within residential neighborhoods and main streets.
She also added that she appreciates the understanding of all beneficiaries of this operational stage, stressing that the new solutions, in coordination with the operators, will ensure the implementation of all operational targets in a manner that enhances the quality of life in Madinah.
