jpnn.com – Member of the DPR RI from the PDI Perjuangan faction, Didik Haryadi or Didik Melon, continued his political vows by walking from the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta to Boyolali, Central Java.
It is known that Didik chose a number of posts as resting locations, while the DPR RI Commission IX legislator walked from Jakarta to Boyolali for around eleven days.
Didik started walking on Wednesday (1/1) in Jakarya and was in West Karawang, West Java as of Thursday (2/1).
Didik last Thursday walked from Kalimalang, then passed Cikarang, then headed to West Karawang.
Didik staff, Zulkifli Hamka Haq, said that his boss’s journey last Thursday was quite difficult, because he faced hot weather and the track conditions were not pedestrian friendly.
“So, in the middle of the journey during a very hot day, Mr Didik chose to use an umbrella as additional protection from the heat of the day,” he said via messaging service, Friday (3/1).
Didik was recorded as being visited by family and friends to provide encouragement while walking to the West Karawang border.
“My fatigue was cured, and I became even more enthusiastic about continuing my journey,” said Didik, as expressed by Zulkifli.
DPR RI member from the PDI-P faction Didik Haryadi or Melon continues to walk to fulfill his political vows and is already in West Java.
