70 days after the Ukraine-Russia war, the European Union (EU) has announced a new embargo. European Commission President Ursula von Der Lein has called for a complete end to Russian oil purchases by the end of this year.
It must be approved by all 27 countries of the European Union. Ukraine’s restoration plan is also in the proposal. Some EU countries have already called for an end to cooperation with the oil embargo.
