A severe snow storm has been raging in the US for the past few days. Millions of people have been affected by blizzards and snowfall. They are facing various problems like extreme cold, power outage, traffic disruption. The blizzard has stuck the people inside their homes who were planning to celebrate the New Year with a bang. More than 60 people have died in the blizzard across the United States so far.
In this situation, because of the snow storm, the world famous Niagara Falls of America is frozen. At the base of the falls are found ice and ice-covered rocks.
People are watching this with surprise. Last year in 2015, when Niagara Falls froze over, a Canadian mountaineer stunned onlookers by climbing the frozen waterfall.
