Nigerian church attack: Eyewitnesses melt-Dinamani

by time news

Eyewitnesses said terrorists were waiting outside a church in Nigeria to kill those fleeing as terrorists stormed the church and opened fire.

A special prayer service was held Sunday at St. Francis Catholic Church in Ondo, Nigeria, West Africa. About 50 men, women and children were killed when gunmen opened fire on the church. Many were injured.

According to Steven O’Malley, who witnessed the incident, the terrorists opened fire from the gate of the church. The temple has three gates. The main gate was closed, making it difficult for civilians to escape.

Temple staff and eyewitnesses said “terrorists were waiting outside to open fire on those fleeing the temple.”

The hospital staff was unable to treat them as they were admitted to the hospital with multiple injuries at the same time. The doctors said that there was great difficulty in getting the blood as the hospital was bleeding in the blood bank.

The province of Ondo, where the attack took place, is located in the southwestern part of the country. After 13 years of terrorist attacks in northern Nigeria, the province of Ondo has remained relatively quiet. No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
