Comedian Nikki Glaser’s parents – a self-proclaimed Swiftie – recently came under fire after sharing their views on a viral video of Julia Roberts and Travis Kelce on The Eras Tour this week.
After a major internet backlash, they now apologize for putting in the wrong wording.

In a video posted by the daughter of Edward and Julie Glaser, the parents did not hold back their comments about Julia taking so much of the NFL player.
– She is so shameful, says the mother of Nikki Glaser.
The comedian agrees, so to speak, and asks his mother if he is not far.
The mother thinks so too and finally shows the video to her husband.
– He wants to escape from her, according to Edward Glaser.
The parents’ reactions were a little too violent for many people online who think Glaser’s mom and dad were a little naughty.
So much so that they are now giving a funny excuse for how they put themselves in the clip.
Once again, it is Nikki Glaser who shares the video in which a mother and father express their condolences.

– I probably should have said something other than the word “disgusting”. I do not know. It’s a strange word, says Julie in the Instagram clip.
The daughter agrees that he might not have been so kind.
– It is not a kind word. I understand that. I meant “weird”, not “bad”. I take that back, says Mother.
Dad thinks it’s too late to apologize as their comments have already made headlines.
However, the whole family embraces humor, and we assume the actress will too if she finds Nikki’s Instagram post.
But Edward and Julia Glaser weren’t the only ones who reacted first to the snippet with Julia Roberts.
Some Swifties also shared their opinions online, with quite a few people thinking that the Tay type looks uncomfortable.

Others, however, defend the veteran actor and believe that people are exaggerating.
“Why are people so weird about this? Some people are a little more touchy than others. She’s old enough to be his mother,” says another.

He doesn’t comment on the headlines surrounding the Glaser family and the reactions from overprotective Swifties, but he has only good words to share about the 56-year-old.
– She is everything that everyone seems to be. She’s amazing… Some of the people you meet make you think, “I don’t know what I’m doing here. You’re amazing…and I’m just a jerk who’s here to support my girlfriend. It’s a lot of fun,” Travis says on the podcast he hosts with his brother Jason Kelce.
