Bandai Namco released two videos highlighting new content from TEKKEN 8, the next title in the legendary fighting game franchise coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. A new trailer reveals that Nina Williamsthe silent assassin who first appeared in the TEKKEN original, is returning to the roster in the next game. The company has also released a development video showing off new gameplay elements that are bringing “aggressive” gameplay to the series.
Nina Williams brings back her fluid and deadly fighting style inspired by various martial arts. As a trained assassin, she is also armed with weapons to help defeat her enemies with her own flair. For TEKKEN 8, the development team has completely reworked Nina’s character model for next-generation gaming platforms. Her moves and techniques have also been improved, including the introduction of new abilities to fit in with the “aggression” philosophy in the game’s new combat system.
