Nine-Year-Old Boy Disappears from Home in Hisings Backa
It was a frightening afternoon for the residents of Blendas Gata in Hisings Backa when a nine-year-old boy disappeared from his home on Tuesday. The incident occurred at around 2 pm, leaving the community in a state of shock and concern.
According to the police, the young boy has a keen interest in buses and often uses public transport. In their efforts to locate him, the police contacted public transport services, the central station, and security guards, urging them to keep an eye out for the missing child.
“We have spread the word to as many people as we can, hoping that someone might have information about his whereabouts,” says Peter Adlersson, the police’s spokesperson in the West region.
The boy was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, green pants, and white sneakers with a red Nike logo. As the authorities appealed for tips from the public, they advised anyone who spots him to immediately call emergency services at 112. Additionally, those with tips or information were urged to contact the police at 114 14.
At this stage, the police have not suspected any criminal activity in connection with the disappearance. Nevertheless, they remain committed to finding the young boy and ensuring his safety.
As the evening progressed, the community anxiously awaited news of the missing child. Fortunately, the police received multiple tips, bringing renewed hope to all those involved in the search.
Shortly after 11 p.m., a breakthrough was announced as the police informed the public that the boy had been found on a bus in the neighboring city of Borås. The discovery brought immense relief to the community and the boy’s worried family.
