A parade of sophisticated machines

The Nitsho exhibition has a large number of state-of-the-art machinery for printing, sewing, embroidery, knitting and foreign and domestic raw materials. In this, in the arena set up on behalf of Tirupur Megala Machines Company, there is a hangar machine called Orbito, a unit production system in China technology.

By using this, productivity can be increased by 30 percent without more labor. And this machine is very helpful for safe production without damage to garments. This system can be fitted even on a normal sewing machine.

Japanese technology

The embroidery sequence attachment machine set up by Best Embro Care has been well received at the exhibition. Designed in China technology, this machine can print sequences in 15 and 12 colors simultaneously. 6 thousand to 7 thousand can be produced per day in domestic garments. Also this machine is very useful for sample garment in export knitwear. In this exhibition, printing can be done directly on the t-shirt using Epson, a sophisticated machine developed in Japan.

Natural dye in rock powder

The rock powder featured in this exhibition has attracted the attention of the industry. For larger quantity orders we can print through screen printing. But this machine can be used for printing on very small number of garments like 1,2,3. By this you can avoid high cost. When the required design is prepared in the computer and applied to the machine, it is printed on the t-shirt. This machine is very useful for sample orders in knitwear exports. For the first time in the exhibition, T.S. Ink Care has introduced pollution-free natural dyes for dyeing and printing industries.

rock powder

When the rock is heated, the powder that changes color is produced as a dye and is supplied to the industry in a completely natural way. This dye is available in a total of 40 colors. There is no pollution while using it and the workers are not harmed. Tirupur, Chennai, Bengaluru, Karur, Erode and many other dyeing and printing industries are using it more. It is very popular among the industry.

Balanced growth

Raja Shanmugam, President of Tirupur Exporters’ Association, said about Nitshow exhibition:-

Beyond issues like yarn prices, the knitwear industry is currently moving towards the next stage of development. In addition to this, the exhibition is a great contribution to the development of Tirupur knitwear industry. 20 years ago Tirupur’s trade was less than Rs.5 thousand crores. Today the export and domestic garment trade is over Rs.70 thousand crores. Tirupur accounts for over 60 percent of knitwear production in India. Kanchipuram is the number one exporter in Tamil Nadu. 2nd is Chennai and 3rd is Tirupur. Tirupur’s exports will surpass Kanchipuram’s in 2 years. Efforts will be made to set up a permanent exhibition complex in Tirupur which is on the path of steady development. This is what he said.
