He defeated Belarusian Arena Sabalenka in the final of the Stuttgart Open last Sunday to win his fourth consecutive title.

He has been ruled out of the Madrid Open tennis series due to a right shoulder injury. He made the remarks as the qualifying rounds of the Madrid Open tennis series are currently underway.
