No layoffs.. But shocked Apple employees!

Although no layoffs have been taken, Apple’s employees have been shocked by some important announcements.

We are seeing that many companies, including Google, are laying off workers due to various reasons, including economic recession, inflation, and interest rate hikes. Although Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook and Twitter have laid off thousands of employees, it is noteworthy that Apple has not yet taken steps to lay off employees. The company has also confirmed that there will be no further work action.

But at the same time it was reported that Apple is planning to cancel some of the offers. Apple has said that the employees who have been working from home so far must come to the office from February and the employees who come to the office will not be tested for Corona.

Also, Apple has caused a sensation as it has announced that it will also cancel the benefits of taking indefinite leave for those with symptoms of Corona. Apple is making some changes to its Covid-19 policy when it was announced on Twitter by Apple. Accordingly, henceforth those who come to the office will not be tested for Corona. Also, the leave allowed to be taken by those with corona symptoms is also cancelled. Due to this, it was mentioned that people with corona symptoms will not be able to take indefinite leave from now on.

Also, Apple has announced that the special leave that can be taken for any type of illness, including Corona, will be canceled with the coming month of August. Therefore, it is important to note that in case of illness, a maximum of five days leave can be taken.

It is noteworthy that after Apple stopped working from home, people who have been working remotely for the past two years now have to go to the office. It is noteworthy that since September last year Apple employees were working three days a week in the office and two days from home, but now they have to go to the office every day.
