No manpower to cover ditches? Former Chief Minister Kumaraswamy Question | Dinamalar

Bengaluru-”The problem of road potholes has intensified all over the state. They wait with open mouths to drink people’s lives. “Doesn’t the government have the staff to cover the potholes,” questioned MJD, former Chief Minister Kumaraswamy.

Yesterday in Bangalore he said:

There are staff to collect fines. No staff to cover road potholes. Not only in Bengaluru, the condition of roads in the entire state is similar. There are potholes all over the road. Is there a percentage issue in covering road potholes?

Staff are there to collect fines from motorists. An Assistant Sub-Inspector sits in the vehicle. Four Aets stand on the roads, stop the motorist and say, ‘Show those documents; Show these documents’ and collect fine unnecessarily.

In the evening, the collected money is distributed. Despite doing this publicly, the government did not take action.

No staff to cover road potholes. Common people walk around holding their lives in their hands every day. Even then, if the government does not wake up, what does it mean? Can’t the government close the ditches?

This is what he said.
