Doha: The Qatari Cabinet has announced more relaxations in the wearing of masks in the context of the decline of Covid and the country is preparing to welcome the Maha Mela. As per the existing regulations on August 31, masks were mandatory in public transport including metro and bus in the country.

A cabinet meeting presided over by Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani on Wednesday decided to limit the use of masks to hospitals as the spread of the disease has eased.
