The Information Office of the Security Prisoners informs that the prisoners who have been protesting for 32 days against the heavy-handed measures taken by the Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gabir, intend to make a decision to burn the rooms in the prison wings as part of the escalation steps of the protest which is supposed to include next week with the beginning of the month of Ramadan an announcement of Open hunger strike.
In this context, Hazem Kassem, the spokesman for Hamas, said that the Palestinian organizations stand by the “hero” prisoners in the demands they presented to the prison management, and that they will work for their release, stressing that “the issue of the prisoners has top priority in the political and military sphere of Hamas.”

Kassem said that “the occupation must be doubly careful, because the Palestinian people will not allow it to continue committing its crimes against (the Al-Aqsa Mosque)”.

As I recall, after he decided to remove the stoves from the security prisons, the Minister of National Security Ben Gvir ordered the prison service to allocate a shower time of only about four minutes for each security prisoner, and a total of one hour of running water in the showers for each wing.
