It is well known that Indian cricketer Virat Kohli is a fitness enthusiast. Virat Kohli switched to a completely vegetarian diet a few years ago, giving up non-vegetarian food. He eats certain foods to keep his body very fit. Talking about his diet and fitness in an interview, Virat Kohli said, “There was a time when I didn’t focus on diet and fitness. But in the last few years I have changed my diet and become more disciplined.
I don’t take sugar. I eat gluten free foods. I avoid dairy as much as possible. The stomach does not have the habit of eating a lot. For a foodie like me, it’s not all that easy. But at the end of the day, you will see positive changes in your body. Keeping the body healthy is an addiction. I will exercise even once a day. Also, I don’t eat any snacks,” he said in that interview.
