Union Home Minister Amit Shah has categorically stated that India will not hold talks with Pakistan regarding the Kashmir issue.

Minister Amit Shah attended a public meeting for the first time in the Kashmir Valley after the cancellation of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. Speaking at a meeting held in Baramulla area there on Wednesday, he said:

Terrorism has claimed 42,000 lives in Jammu and Kashmir since the 1990s. 3 ruling families in Jammu and Kashmir (Abdullah, Mufti, Nehru-Gandhi family) are responsible for this.

The rulers of Jammu and Kashmir say that they should hold talks with Pakistan regarding the Kashmir issue. But I am clear not to hold talks with Pakistan. Instead, I will talk to the youth of Kashmir.

We don’t have to follow the path shown by the terrorists. Central Government will not tolerate terrorism. The central government’s wish is to abolish it. The central government wants to make Jammu and Kashmir the most peaceful part of the country.

Some people are proud of Pakistan from time to time. But I want to know how many villages in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir have been provided electricity connection. At the same time, the central government has ensured that all villages in Kashmir have electricity connections in the last 3 years.

The Abdullah family (National Conference), Mufti family (People’s Democratic Party) and Nehru-Gandhi family (Congress) were in power in Jammu and Kashmir since independence. However, they did nothing for the welfare of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. His rule was full of corruption, corruption and lack of development.

No Anti-Corruption Unit: All states in the country have anti-corruption units. But it is not only in Jammu and Kashmir. Those 3 families are the reason for that. I wonder why they haven’t set up an anti-corruption unit.

Assembly Elections…: Assembly polls will be held after the Election Commission completes the work of publishing the revised voter list in Jammu and Kashmir. Voting will be conducted with complete transparency.

Reservation…: Due to the special status granted to Jammu and Kashmir, reservation was not given to Scheduled Tribes living here. Now that the special status has been abolished, the people here will get their due share in the reservation. He said that there will be no loss to anyone.

Research on security: Amit Shah on Wednesday reviewed the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir. In this meeting held in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Governor Manoj Sinha, Director of Intelligence, Director Generals of Central Armed Police Forces, Army officers and Police Department officials said that they participated.

Kudos to Boxing Girl: Amit Shah met two-time world boxing champion Tajamul Islam (14) at the Governor’s House in Srinagar on Tuesday. Following this, he posted on Twitter:

Hailing from Bandipora, a small village in Kashmir, Tajamul’s achievements at a young age are an inspiration to every Indian.
