Noam Hubert, 44, was ordered not to leave the country until December 31, 9999. Otherwise, he is barred from leaving the country until he pays $ 3.34 million (Rs 18.19 crore) for the welfare of the children.

Hubert moved to Israel in 2012 with two children. The eldest child was five years old at the time and the second child was only three months old. The lawsuit was probably funded by Hubert’s ex-wife.

The court issued a “stay-off-exit” order against Hubert for causing 5,000 Israeli shekels a month for both children until they turned 18 years old. A similar verdict was handed down against him in 2013.

In 2013, he was ordered to stay out of the country, including on vacation or work, or to pay $ 3 million for child welfare.

Hubert said he has been trapped here since 2013. Hubert works as an analytical chemist for a pharmaceutical company. “I want to share his story of helping other Australians with this experience that is literally life threatening.” He was interviewed by the media.

In Israel, he says, the divorce law means that women can impose a travel ban on the father of their children.

If such an order is made against a father, he can be imprisoned for up to 21 days, whether he has the ability to pay or not.
