The 82-year-old French writer has received recognition from the Royal Swedish Academy
(LaPresse) The French writer Annie Ernaux received the Nobel Prize for Literature 2022. Outside her home, the author told reporters that she was “very happy and proud” of the award. Ernaux, 82, triumphed for “the courage and clinical acuity with which she reveals the roots, distances and collective bonds of personal memory”.
