That is why the UP government is building a flattened factory complex for the production of medical equipment in Greater Noida, adjacent to the national capital. Along with this, a garment complex will also be built there. It is worth noting that there is a hosiery complex in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, where readymade garments of hosiery are made.
Yamuna Authority has a plan
Three development authorities are working in the area of Noida and Greater Noida. The oldest in this area is Noida Development Authority. After that Greater Noida Development Authority was formed. The newest is Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. This scheme is of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. Actually, Yamuna Authority is engaged in making new schemes effective for continuous revenue increase and employment generation. In this series, there is a plan to build two flatted factory complexes in Sector 28, 29 near Yamuna Expressway to promote medical equipment and garment sector.
The complex will be spread over 5 acres
According to the information received, this flattened factory complex spread across Sector 28 and 29 on the banks of Yamuna Expressway will be spread over an area of about five acres. The estimated cost of this project is Rs 30 crore. In which each factory will have 240-240 units. These factories will give small companies, especially startups, an opportunity to start their business with less capital. A complete eco-system will be developed in this complex so that budding entrepreneurs do not face any problem.
20 thousand people will get employment
It is being said that this project of the Uttar Pradesh government will provide employment to about 20 thousand people. In the project, special care will be taken that the people starting their startup and factory here do not face any kind of problem. Therefore, it will include facilities like an exhibition center, cafeteria, retail shop, parking for 1,000 vehicles.

The special thing about this complex is that this area is near Noida International Airport. This will make import-export from abroad very easy. Yamuna Authority will rent these units to entrepreneurs and other companies at very low prices. The Authority is trying to ensure that new startups and small MSME sectors can become a source of employment for thousands of people.
It will be ready in two years
According to information received from the officials of the authority, it will take about two years from the start of construction of this complex to the completion of the building. The design of the four-storey factory is ready and it will have 126 units of 60 square meters size, 64 units of 90 square meters and 50 units of 120 square meters.
Tender will be issued soon
It has been reported that to complete this project, a tender will soon be issued by the Yamuna Development Authority. In which the developer will be selected. CEO of Yamuna Authority Arun Veer Singh has said that tenders will be issued this month. Work will be started after the selection of the agency. All kinds of facilities will be provided in the flattened factory and entrepreneurs will be able to start their work immediately after renting them.
