North Kolaka regency saw a shakeup in its leadership ranks on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, with the inauguration of 20 officials into new positions. The appointments, made by Regent Drs. H. Nurrahman Umar, MH, signal a push for greater collaboration and performance within the local government.
New Faces, Familiar Goals in North Kolaka leadership
A reshuffling of key positions aims to boost synergy and public service delivery in the region.
- The North kolaka Regency Government inaugurated 20 officials on December 30, 2025.
- Alauddin Syah was appointed Head of the North Kolaka Regency Education and Culture Service.
- M. Ahdan Alwi now serves as the Regent’s Expert Staff for Economics, Finance, Social Culture and Natural Resources.
- Eleven sub-district heads were also reassigned.
- Regent Umar emphasized the importance of these changes being driven by performance and collaboration, not personal considerations.
Alauddin Syah, SE., M.Si, transitioned from Head of the Transportation Service to Head of the North Kolaka Regency Education and Culture Service. M. Ahdan Alwi, S.Sos, moved from Head of the Trade Service to the role of Regent’s Expert Staff for Economics, Finance, Social Culture and Natural Resources.
A separate decree, Number 800.1.3.3/616/2025, detailed the reassignment of sub-district heads in eleven areas:
- Hadi Suswanto, ST., MT – Head of Wawo District
- Sugyanti, SE – Head of Ranteangin District
- Jasmani Mahmud, SE – Head of Lambai District
- Well Hamda, SE – Lan
- Muhammad Dahlan S. Ag – Head of Kodeoha district
- Baso Hendra jaya, S. Sos – Head of tiwu District
- Zakaria Kasim, SH – Head of Watunohu District
- Sarniah, SH – Head of Pakue District
- Hamka, SH – Head of North Pakue District
- Muhardi, SE – Head of Batu Putih District
- Andi Chairul Ichsan, SH – Secretary of the Tourism Department
- Andi Selle, S.IP – Head of Sports Midwife,North Kolaka Dispora
- Andi Usbanuddin,S.Sos – Head of Ideology,National Insight and National Character at Kesbangpol
- Musakkir,S.Pd., MM – head of the Industrial Relations Division of the manpower and Transmigration Department
- Suardi B. Shabar, ST – Head of the Foreign Trade Development Division of the Trade Service
- Drs. Darmawangsa – Head of Community Protection Division for Satpol PP
- Bahria, S.Pi – Secretary of the Pakue District Office
- Kasrang, S.Sos – Secretary of the Tolala District Office
Regent Umar stressed that these changes are a normal part of government operations and are not motivated by personal considerations. “This mutation is not solely due to the new atmosphere,but is an effort to create harmonious,pleasant and full of togetherness working conditions within the North Kolaka Regency Government,” he stated.
He urged the newly appointed officials to embrace the chance for growth and contribute to improved government performance. “Today is not the end, but rather the starting point for working together. opportunities will always be open to anyone who shows performance, loyalty and duty to the region,” Umar added.
The regent expressed hope that the reshuffle will strengthen synergy among regional officials, ultimately accelerating development and enhancing public services throughout North Kolaka Regency.
