In total, 35 subjects were included in the rating of leaders in credit well-being. Ingushetia, St. Petersburg, Komi, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Amur Region, Republic of Crimea, Tomsk and Astrakhan Regions, Dagestan and Trans-Baikal Territory are in its second top ten.

The top ten includes the Irkutsk and Arkhangelsk regions, the Khabarovsk Territory, the Kemerovo Region, the Primorsky Territory, Sevastopol, the Jewish Autonomous Region, Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya and the Chelyabinsk Region.
