Norwegian skier Johaug wins third medal at the Olympics

Skier Teresa Yohaug won the mass start at the Beijing Winter Olympics.

The Norwegian covered the distance of 30 kilometers in 1 hour 24 minutes and 54 seconds. Jessica Diggins of the United States finished second (1 minute 43.3 seconds back), Finnish Kerttu Niskanen was third (+2.33.3).

As for the Russians, they could not get into the number of winners. Natalya Nepryaeva retired at the eighth kilometer, and Tatyana Sorina took fifth place.

It should be noted that Johaug took the third gold medal in Beijing: she had previously won the skiathlon and the race with a separate start for 10 kilometers.
