Rotem Sela is one of the busiest women in Israel, with a successful career as a presenter, presenter, model and actress. You are used to seeing her jump from one commercial to another, prime time shows and billboards, and now she is moving on to another role on the big screen.

After recently starring in the comedy film “Ola LaRash” in the cinema, she will star in a new film by the director Erez Tadmor – the director who won two Ophir awards, who is behind the films “Good News” from 2019, and “Bachurim Tovim” from last year.

Unlike the comedic role she played in the last film, the role before her will require completely different abilities from her. Sela will portray the character of a new immigrant, who arrives in Israel with the establishment of the state and settles in south Tel Aviv.

She arrives together with her daughter, and faces difficulties of assimilation in the new and foreign country, and not only that. In the south Tel Aviv neighborhood, a rumor spread that during the Second World War the heroine of the film was a “Capo”, in the Auschwitz extermination camp.
