Nothing New Wireless Headphones Renamed Particles by XO Launch-ePrice.HK

by time news

Nothing has launched two true wireless earphones and a smart phone so far, and the market acceptance is quite high, especially the Nothing Ear (1) earphone, which attracted many consumers as soon as it was launched. The latest news means that Nothing is ready to launch a new true wireless headset, but it will be launched under a new brand name.

Peanut-shaped design with ANC

According to developer Kuba Wojciechowski, Nothing’s new headphones may be launched under the name “Particles by XO”. From the product photos uploaded on the website 91mobiles, it can be seen that the earphones and packaging are all white, and the in-ear earphones have a peanut-like body. Wojciechowski pointed out that the earphones support LHDC Codec and have an active noise reduction function.

Unknown reason for name change

He further explained the relationship between the “Particles by XO” headphones and Nothing. The internal number of the new headphones is B154, while Nothing’s later Ear(2) headphones are numbered B155. On Saturday, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office licensed the trademark registration of “Particles by XO” to a shell company, The Most Unknown LLC. Foreign media estimate that this is another marketing strategy of Nothing founder Carl Pei, but it remains to be seen whether it means that Nothing has been abandoned.
