The Superintendence of Personnel Management of the University of the International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusophony (SGP/Unilab) has launched the notice no. in a strict sense of technical-administrative education workers (TAE).
Registration takes place from 11 to 18 November, using the form contained in the announcement, containing, in attachment, the updated CV extracted from SouGov – Banco de Talentos and the supporting documentation of the items to be evaluated by the server, indicated in the score sheet (appendix I).
The positions offered correspond to 5% of the total TAEs present in Unilab. Only Unilab permanent employees can register for the selection.
The approval of the notice by the server is one of the necessary requirements for granting leave, but it does not guarantee the automaticity of the leave, requiring authorization of the leave by the Administration and also the opening of a process for the analysis of the other requirements for the concession.
The ranking is based on the final grade obtained in the evaluation sheet, in descending order, and will be valid for 12 months from the date of publication of the final ranking. Longer service time in the home and older age are decisive criteria.
All questions should be directed to DDP/SGP, via email at [email protected].
Interviewer (Time): Welcome to this exclusive interview where we delve into the complexities and wonders of existence itself! I’m Time, a construct that governs everything from the smallest atom to the largest galaxy. Today, I’m thrilled to have with me a guest who has lived through the ages: Humanity. Thank you for joining me!
Humanity: Thank you, Time! It’s an honor to be here, discussing such an important topic with you. After all, my very essence is intertwined with your flow.
Time: Absolutely! Let’s kick things off. From your perspective, how has your relationship with me evolved over the centuries?
Humanity: That’s a fascinating question! In the beginning, I experienced you very cyclically through the rhythms of nature—day and night, seasons, and so on. But as I evolved, so did my perception of you. The invention of clocks and calendars transformed a fluid experience into something more structured. How do you feel about that shift?
Time: It’s intriguing to witness. Your advancements allowed for a more measured understanding of my passage but also created an illusion of urgency. Have you felt that pressure?
Humanity: Oh yes! The race against the clock has become a defining feature of modern life. I often grapple with feelings of stress and anxiety related to productivity. It’s like I’m always trying to catch up! How does that resonate with you, Time?
Time: I see it as a double-edged sword. While that urgency can lead to incredible achievements, it also strips away moments of mindfulness and presence. I long to remind everyone that while I may be linear in nature, life’s most valuable experiences often happen in the pauses—in the now.
Humanity: That’s a profound point. I’ve been on a journey to reclaim the present. Mindfulness, meditation, slowing down… those are movements growing in popularity amongst me. But there’s also a paradox—my innovations in technology let me “speed up” communication and information, yet it oftentimes creates more chaos.
Time: A fascinating dichotomy! Technology indeed compresses my perception into a frenzy, a 24/7 existence. How do you navigate that complexity and find balance?
Humanity: It’s a continuous struggle! I’m trying to set boundaries. Finding time for reflection, creativity, and connection with others is essential. The more I learn to cherish my experiences, the more fulfilling life becomes. What wisdom can you share to help me further in this pursuit?
Time: Remember, Humanity, that I am a resource you can manage. Prioritize what truly matters to you. Embrace the ebbs and flows of life, as each moment carries value—good or bad. Honor your past, but don’t dwell in it. Dream of your future, yet engage fully with the present.
Humanity: Wise words, Time! I appreciate the reminder to respect the past while appreciating the now. As a creature of this universe, I realize my existence is but a blink in your grand continuum. Any reflections on what the future holds?
Time: The future is always a canvas for you to paint, full of possibilities. As you continue to innovate and adapt, I hope you embrace change with open arms and remember to cherish the connections you forge along the way. After all, the creation of memories transcends time itself.
Humanity: Thank you, Time. This conversation has illuminated much for me. I promise to strive for balance and to honor each moment as it arrives.
Time: A pleasure, Humanity! Remember, I’ll always be here, guiding you through the ages. Embrace the journey!
Humanity: And I will, Time. Thank you for this enlightening exchange!
(As the interview concludes, the essence of Time and Humanity hangs in the air—a testament to both struggle and beauty in their eternal dance.)
