Notice of intention to make a regulation amendment – changing the voting order in employee seats

by time news

The Registrar of Cooperative Societies requests a change in the voting order in employee seats.

According to this change, each worker seat will be allowed to decide whether each household will have two, four or six voting votes. The decision will be determined in the regulations. If the session did not decide on the number of votes per farm, each farm in that session will have two voting votes, without the need to amend the bylaws. A session may decide to keep the existing law (regarding one vote for each member), but this is by way of amending the bylaws.
