1. Driving on snowy roads with normal tires is against the law.

If even one vehicle is unable to move on its own on a highway, it can lead to long traffic jams and road closures. Please consider revising your route/schedule, and if you must use the expressway, be sure to wear winter tires and carry tire chains, and especially when driving on snowy roads, be sure to wear chains. please.

For winter tires, please use studless (domestic) or snowflake (international) tires on all wheels, and attach chains to the drive wheels. In addition, single-axle drive vehicles, coupled vehicles, unloaded vehicles, and older vehicles are particularly prone to getting stuck on snow-covered roads, so care must be taken.
